Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jungle Geniuses website and your purchase of products from our store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

Jungle Geniuses sells products that may be produced, printed, packaged, and shipped by independent third-party manufacturing and fulfillment providers, including Tapstitch. These providers help us fulfill orders, but your purchase agreement is with Jungle Geniuses.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use this website and place an order. By using our website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Products and Availability

Our products are made to order through third-party manufacturing and fulfillment providers. Product descriptions, images, colors, and measurements are provided for general guidance. Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing processes, screen settings, materials, or the nature of the product.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if information is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, suspected fraud is identified, or the product is unavailable.

Prices are listed in the applicable currency and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees are displayed at checkout when available. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

By placing an order, you authorize us and our manufacturing and fulfillment providers to process the order using the information necessary to produce and deliver your products.

Production and Shipping

Because our products are made to order, production generally takes approximately 3–8 business days. Production may be performed by Tapstitch or another third-party manufacturing and fulfillment provider we use.

Shipping generally takes an additional 5–15 business days after production. Estimated total turnaround is 8–23 business days. These estimates may vary by product, destination, shipping method, and fulfillment location.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of holidays, customs, weather, peak seasons, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, production issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the items ordered. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships, when tracking is available.

Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please review your shipping address and contact details carefully before completing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. Changes may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

If an order is delayed, missing, or damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and relevant details. Please report missing packages within 7 days after the estimated delivery date and damage within 7 days of delivery when possible. Include clear photos of damaged items or packaging.

We may share relevant order information with Tapstitch, the applicable fulfillment provider, and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Customs and Import Fees

Import duties are covered for U.S. deliveries. Most international shipments also include duties, although additional local taxes, fees, or charges may apply in certain destinations. You are responsible for providing accurate customs information and complying with applicable local laws.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Return Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order. Because products are made to order, certain made-to-order, personalized, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, contact us promptly so we can work with our manufacturing and fulfillment provider to investigate and determine an appropriate resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Jungle Geniuses and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
