Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about your order or the collective? Start here.

Orders & sizing

Are your products made to order?

Yes. Our products are generally produced after you place an order. Jungle Geniuses works with manufacturing and fulfillment partners to produce and deliver your items.

How do I choose my size?

Review the size chart or measurements for the specific product before ordering. Compare them with a similar item you already own, laid flat. On our apparel charts, chest width is measured armpit to armpit, not around your body. Double that width for approximate garment circumference. If you cannot find the sizing information you need, contact us before purchasing.

Will the colors look exactly like the pictures?

We aim to represent every product accurately. Colors and print placement may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, and the production process.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Contact us immediately with your order number and the requested change. Full cancellation refunds are available only while production status is “In Review.” Once production or fulfillment begins, changes or cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping & delivery

How long will my order take?

Please allow approximately 3–8 business days for production, followed by 5–15 business days for shipping. Estimated total turnaround is 8–23 business days. Timing varies by product, destination, and shipping method; these are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping & Delivery policy.

How much is shipping, and can you ship to me?

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges for your order. Shipping costs depend on your address and the items ordered.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information is provided once your order ships. If you need help locating it, contact us with your order number.

What should I do if my package is missing?

Contact us with your order number and delivery details within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier.

Returns & order help

Can I return an item or exchange sizes?

Because our clothing is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items produced correctly. Please check sizing before ordering. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, see the answer below and our Returns & Refunds policy. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer law.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Contact us with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. Please report damage within 7 days of delivery when possible. Eligible return or refund requests may be submitted within 180 days of delivery and require review and approval. Contact us before returning anything so we can provide instructions.

How will an approved refund be paid?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in the original currency. Processing time depends on your payment provider.
