Production

Our products are made to order. Please allow approximately 3–8 business days for production before shipping.

Delivery

Shipping generally takes 5–15 business days after production, with an estimated total turnaround of 8–23 business days. Some products and destinations fall outside this range. Sticker orders shipped to Canada may take longer. Please check any product-specific or checkout delivery estimates before ordering. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Holidays, customs, weather, peak seasons, and carrier disruptions may cause delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout and depend on your delivery address and the items ordered.

Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery. Contact us immediately if you notice an error; changes may not be possible once processing begins.

Customs and Import Fees

Import duties are covered for U.S. deliveries. Most international shipments also include duties, although additional local fees may apply in certain destinations.

Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Orders

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and relevant details. Please report missing packages within 7 days after the estimated delivery date and damage within 7 days of delivery when possible. Include clear photos of damage.
