Jungle Geniuses Return & Refund Policy

Our clothing is made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or unwanted items produced correctly. Please review sizing before ordering.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, clear photos, and a description. Please report issues within 7 days of delivery when possible. Eligible return or refund requests may be submitted within 180 days of delivery and require review and approval.

Returns
Contact us before returning anything. Approved returns receive instructions and a return address. Unless defective or incorrectly produced, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method in the original currency. Processing time depends on your payment provider.

Cancellations
Contact us immediately. Full cancellation refunds are available only while production status remains “In Review.” Once production begins, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

Missing packages
Contact us within 7 days after the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
